My favorite part of this piece is the coloring. The combination of subtle colors work well together. I like the way the "parchment" is allowed to become the color of Rapunzel's skin. The largest areas of black in the piece are concentrated near Rapunzel's eyes. This draws the viewer's attention to that area so that we return her steady gaze.
I feel there are a couple of subtle tweaks that could make the piece even better. First, I think the balance of the composition would be improved by cropping away some of the blank space near the top (and perhaps cropping a small amount away from the left side as well). Second, varying the line weights more would improve this piece's technique rating. The heavier lines used on the neck and left shoulder create a subtle sense of depth. The same technique used on the jaw line and other key areas would really make the whole thing "pop".
